Learn About Mick Polo

Mick has been involved in the medical billing industry for his entire professional career. While in college he joined with NCDS, a family-owned business founded by his father and his uncle in 1985. Ever since, he has been actively engaged in growing his billing and business knowledge along with the company. Quickly working into the partnership, he was elected as president of NCDS in 2007 to transition the company and position it for the future. In 2014, he assumed full leadership as sole owner.

His current responsibilities include executive level business administration working with the finances and family board of directors to continue the values the company was founded on and closely coordinating daily efforts with key personnel on the management team. As a medical billing consultant, he directs all client relationship management services and on site support as well as all sales and marketing efforts for new business development. This involves finding prospective clients as well as coordinating activities between current clients, their staff, and the NCDS team members to accomplish their shared objectives.
